• One-time projects typically require 40% advance payment and 60% upon delivery.
• Monthly marketing or SMS plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Delays caused by client content or feedback may affect delivery timelines but not payment obligations.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet rendered. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stormsofts Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
